You know better; Congress never ceded to the President the power to indefinitely nullify immigration law just because Fox News says there's an "Emergency".

No, it isn't. It's a "problem" and the ones the Constitution gives the power to fix immigration "problems" is the Congress, not the President by Royal Decree.

The conservatives on the SCOTUS wouldn't even let President Biden address an actual emergency i.e. the COVID epidemic by imposing a limited vaccine mandate even the relevant law gave the Executive broad powers in case of national epidemics. Why should this President be permitted unchecked power to deal with a faux "emergency"?

If they broke the law then the solution is to convict them of their crimes not to rally behind a criminal yourself.
