I know, since the abortionists don't really think the unborn are human, maybe we can convince them they are really defenseless animals. That way they may be willing to step in and give money to stop the slaughter?

Canines (incisors) do not turn steak into edible bits, and I'd be hard pressed to actually find a person using their canines to eat. I think a study of the shape of the molars would be a better focus. Relying on your canines for an argument is kind of stupid, as people aren't lions, or wolves. I'd like to see a human take down a buffalo with their "canines", or even a sleeping cow for that matter.

Strange reasoning, what treatment do you suggest for bacteria and viruses?
I can avoid animals which might threaten my health/well-being/safety, while some viruses and bacteria are impossible to avoid, and have to be treated to prevent damage to the body.

What makes bacteria less valuable than humans and why doesn't this apply to humans vs. other animals like cows?

Canines are not incisors. Incisors are your front teeth; canines are those pointed ones next to them. You really should learn the facts before entering a debate.

Excuse me, I confused "Incisor" with "Cuspid".

Now that the name of the tooth is clear, maybe you can actually answer the post in it's entirety, rather than picking out a minor error, and focusing on it.

I'm not claiming humans are more or less valuable than any other living thing, I was stating that if something has the potential to make you ill, or kill you, you should take preventive measures to avoid it.

Since you cannot physically avoid bacteria and viruses, you have to kill them with medications and chemicals, to prevent them from harming you.

Why doesn't this thought pattern apply to other animals like cows? Because I am capable of preventing a cow from harming me, by avoiding cows altogether.

Is this seriously not making sense?

I know some humans who are less valuable than amoebas. Now what?

No, since you cannot avoid affecting cows altogether.

I can't avoid affecting cows? How am I affecting cows. You mean to tell me the Lysol in my garbage can or the antibiotic I gave my eight year old is affecting cows?

How?

I'd like to add that a whole lot of bacteria are actually good and even
necessary for us, as I'm sure everyone knows. (All this about how
children growing up on farms on the countryside, exposed to all sorts of
infections are healthier and develop less allergies than children growing
up in sterile environments.)

What "the cow" [ducking 😵] says makes a lot of sense. I agree.

Not that it matters who I agree with. In fact, I may just have worsened
her cow... case!.. worsened her case.

I don't argue that exposure to germs is a good thing. What the hell is this thread about, exactly.
