Oklahoma never had a mask mandate, no spike.
Not only are you wrong to assert there was "no spike" in Oklahoma but many cities in Oklahoma did have mask mandates. https://kfor.com/news/list-oklahoma-cities-with-mask-mandates/

Most expired earlier this year and Oklahoma has suffered the consequences; 6568 COVID deaths in 2021 compared to 4987 in 2020. https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/usa/oklahoma/

You know perfectly well Adams admitted he was wrong on this about a year and a half ago. https://www.clickondetroit.com/health/2020/07/03/us-surgeon-general-explains-why-hes-dramatically-changed-his-position-on-wearing-masks/

Why do you keep spreading this BS when you know it is misinformation?
So you have faith that a n admitted liar is telling you the truth the second time? LOL!!!!!!!!!!!

Where is the study? I showed you the study that he based his assertion that masks do more harm than good. Where is the study that proves the study wrong he based that on?

You don't have one because it doesn't exist. That means he told the truth the first time.....as well as the WHO, CDC and NIH.

Where is the study no1?
Try to prove it exists if you can. We are all waiting for you to prove the admitted liar told the truth the first time. 😆

He didn't lie. He changed his recommendation based on real world evidence. That's what responsible scientists and public health officials do:

So what’s changed? Adams said we didn’t realize in March how easily the virus could spread from asymptomatic people.

“It’s important for people to understand that we now know 40%-50% of cases of coronavirus are spread asymptomatically, and that’s different than any other coronavirus we’ve experienced before,” Adams said. “It means you can have no symptoms -- no cough, no fever -- and still be someone who is spreading the disease.” https://www.clickondetroit.com/health/2020/07/03/us-surgeon-general-explains-why-hes-dramatically-changed-his-position-on-wearing-masks/

There have been numerous studies showing the efficacy of masks in reducing the spread of COVID. Here's a few:

No summer spike.

But hey, continue to go on about nothing, it is what you do.

Can you read the charts I provided you? https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/usa/oklahoma/

They show significant summer spikes in both 2020 and 2021. You know after you claimed in Spring 2020 that COVID would virtually disappear in the US in Summer.

No he didn't. We have been over this before and you failed to reply. Here it is again.

https://www.cnn.com/2021/12/27/health/cdc-covid-quarantine-isolation-shortened-recommendation/index.html

First asymptomatic people were not that contagious, then Jerome Adams said the science said they were that contagious. Now they are not that contagious again.

Can you explain that so it makes sense?

Sorry, there's nothing in that recent article that indicates Adams was "lying" with his recommendations last year in the early stages of this pandemic. In fact, it specifically states that asymptomatic carriers who test positive should both quarantine AND wear a mask:

"The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Monday shortened the recommended times that people should isolate when they've tested positive for Covid-19 from 10 days to five days if they don't have symptoms -- and if they wear a mask around others for at least five more days."

What recent article? The study Adams referred to that established wearing masks does more harm than good is old, not recent.

Where is the recent study that doesn't exist that you are making up? You need to prove his reasons that wearing masks does more harm than good are wrong. You have not done that. You just say it without proof.

Where is the study no1? I created a whole thread called that and you never came up with a recent study that contradicts that old study then either. I'm calling you out on your BS again.

What recent study? You have never posted a recent study. Also, stop calling an old study recent if that is what you are doing. I suspect you are deliberately obfuscating. I think you know you are calling an old study new because you know this is a losing debate for you.

You seem utterly incapable of reading other people's posts and responding to points they raise instead just repeating the same thing in almost the exact words. Either you're a complete idiot or a worthless troll or some combination of both.

I cited studies on this page a few posts up. Did you even notice? Here it is AGAIN:

Jerome Adams is a retard?

https://www.foxnews.com/media/surgeon-general-explains-masks-public-coronavirus

This is what he said:

“What the World Health Organization [WHO] and the CDC [The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention] have reaffirmed in the last few days is that they do not recommend the general public wear masks.”

He then explained the reasons wh ...[text shortened]... n good? The science didn't change. He just lied the second time and provided no study to back it up.
You are the retard.

Getting sick with viruses especially during the winter months has always bern part of the human experience.

Get over it.
We've also had mandatory vaccinations and masking policies for over 100 years. Get over it.
