How come you fellers never complained about Biden Admin taking kids out of schools....they admit now that it was wrong. So , they have to play catch up. I find that horrible. "Struggling" citizens saw nothing of that tax kick for the rich.

And oh, yeah, schools closing was important for the fight against covid (kids are a huge vector for respiratory illnesses). Just like people staying home. The steps taken by local governments saved a lot of people from otherwise dying of covid. Closing places saved people. No one died because they had to stay home.
And Covid didn't bring down Trump.
He did that himself.

Covid happened on Trump's watch, and by all accounts, he bungled it.
Biden simply kept up the precautions, which were already in place.
Trump did not say not to do it. He started it. And Biden continued it, so no, Biden gave no one 'the finger'.

Taxes are imposed on citizens. Tariffs, often punitive, are levied on goods coming into the country. Businesses often pass these on to the consumer, so punishing Americans. The ones who import these goods? Not so much. Then these goods also get sales tax applied to further shaft the consumer.
So imposing tariffs on Chinese goods coming in hurts no one but the consumers. That's why it's a stupid plan.

When Andrew Jackson was POTUS he eliminated the debt. He got rid of that ball and chain around our necks only for the bankers to increase the debt again.
