"States don't have the right to outlaw free speech.'
But democrats do right? next thing you know they will be creating a dept to do just that...OH wait
Jeez, Mott.

I'm a conservative and I harbor no love for the Democrats or the Biden administration. But that whataboutism is irrelevant to this issue.

Keep your eye on the ball.

so you use something that >may<happen to have a point?
Do you feel individual states do not have a right to make their own laws?

I am not aware of any state that has or plans to outlaw abortion, you yanked that one out of the air.
13 States have "trigger laws" which will outlaw abortion as soon as a State official certifies that Roe has been overturned.

You are then saying that such laws, awaiting triggering, have ben legally proofed, Approved and accepted. So it leads us to believe that they are legal. Then what are we talking about, since states by this information can make what laws they want to about abortion.?

I said nor suggested no such thing.

Such laws are void under current law

Of course there would have been + 1 after Ted Cruz -ish won in 2020.

It turns out it was best morally and tactically.
Your defense of holier-than-thou liberals not voting for Hillary, which has lead to a likely overturn of Roe v. Wade...is an imagined scenario where Ted Cruz wins the 2020 election.

Whatever makes you feel better.

See the 14th Amendment which was passed to protect individuals from States' violations of the People's rights.
Oh...?

Ted Cruz, somebody like him, whatever.

Hillary was unpopular in 2016 and wouldn't have been able to accomplish jack (except maybe start a war or two) with four years of Republican Congresses. Her re-election chances would have been slim to none.

Yes, SCOTUS would render decisions to get everyone in line, to all be the same. When this is a country full of diversity.
Pitiful.
It’s you right wing authoritarian types who want everyone to be the same surely you’ve noticed that much Joe 🙄
Educate everyone the same, make everyone have the same gender IDs, make everyone conform to a heterosexual relationship, forcing women into patent hood against their will, you people are, in reality, the antipathy of freedom.

But they choose to get pregnant, so I don't get you there. And who, other than the woman, has any say about her situation?" Dont get you there, either.
Do I, or you, have anything to do with that? To enter into her status is not our right, nor our responsibility.
A rape victim chooses to get pregnant?
A woman whose contraception method fails choose to get pregnant?
A child who gets pregnant because scum like you will not let her get the relevant education chooses to get pregnant.
A woman who does exactly what guys do by getting 💩 faced and making a bad choice chooses to get pregnant and ruin her life plan?
No joe your a right wing misogynistic halfwit

Well, that would have been an easy win.

Mott would have weaseled somehow; probably based on a State official having to perform a required, magisterial step.

She'd have accomplished not being you Republicans' God-Emperor Trump. That would've been a start.
