I have nothing at all against people voluntarily forming a commune. In fact, America had communes back in the 70's.
If course, as could be predicted, communes fell out of favor shortly afterwards.
And obviously, the real problem I have with communism is, you are forced to participate at the point of a gun.
A good example of this is the kibbutz of Israel. It's voluntary and has been around for over a century. Fine with me!

It's a great idea, and all involved do so voluntarily.
