Wow. 2 years ago I got a knee replacement in 6 days. That is commonplace. Oh well, I won’t bore you and embarrass you with links about the failures of the UK healthcare system. Of course you could tell us about the waiting lines, when we don’t have any here.
Or tell us about your immigrants. Do y’all have clothing stores which market the white robes for men? ...[text shortened]... rrr
These robes I speak of? Can’t think of a more appropriate time: Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
YOU got a knee replacement, but how many americans can not get one. id rather live in a country where i have to wait 6months for a new knee but know everybody who needs one will get one.

send as many links as you like but you will be missing the point of why the nhs is better.

niot sure what the immigrant reference is. personally i like the uk's immigration, more please.

Your LORD Trump started a war with Iran for ZERO reason AND tore up the REAL deal made screaming Obama didn't make a deal for MISSILES, UNFKING QOUTE. and THAT was the reason Trump tore up a an agreement that had INDEPENDENT observers going into every nuclear facility in Iran and they LET THEM.
So tell me again just how great your LORD has done in this self made Trump war a ...[text shortened]... HORMUZ so yet ANOTHER STUPID war because of Trumps EGO thinking I AM A DICTATOR NOW AND PROUD OF IT.
Oh man, another Post where I quit reading right after the first sentence., As you say that there was no reason in the world to go after a neighbor who says he is going to kill you, so it may be a good idea for you to kill him first or at least call the police. The problem is, in this world, the ONLY police is the United States of America. So to answer your stupid sentence, we indeed had a reason to shut those people down.
I do not think Kamala would be doing it in the next term, so it needed to be done before you fairies get back into office.
You could rewrite your post that you wrote after that, but I just could not read your post.

Oh, you mean the fact a year ago they were SIX buck doesn't matter to your Trump addled brain or the fact I saw bacon at FOURTEEN DOLLARS A POUND. WHAT, you HAVE TO BUY BACON?
You libs just hang in, in a few weeks there will be no threat of being murdered by Iran, and prices will be going back down. Everything will be beautiful just like Netherland is with their tulips all over the place and bicycle riding. We will all go to the park and play, knowing that we are not threatened anymore by vile savages.
Of course, we will have to deal with the mass murderer XI after that!!! by then AOC may be president and she will have to deal with that guy who will look down on her big time and he will kick her ass.
Oh boy. Guess who she will be calling for advice. Donald Trump.

Here is just one link, relating the opinions of your mates who live there!
I’m sure that you and I can banter back-and-forth with many links. The only point you seem to make is that people like immigrants who come here cannot get a knee replacement, or people who do not plan their lives properly cannot get a knee replacement. People who have too many children or who do not have private health insurance. cannot get a knee replacement.
You see, all this speaks to self-reliance. Your conversation speaks to government dependence.
Is that not the real crux of this argument? You are saying to give up independence and freedom and self-reliance and self responsibility and common sense, just give it up in the USA, and hand it all over to socialism. That is what you are saying. If you are grown-up in this conversation, you have got to admit to that.
We cannot have it both ways can we? So we decide,,,, does the government take care of our healthcare or do we as independent free Americans take care of our healthcare.?.

Amazing you managed to track down a rare (the word rare should be read with maximum sarcasm) example of British people moaning about the NHS....its whats what we do over here. we moan about everything all the time. I like to moan in the pub, my wife likes to moan in bed. The interesting thing for you and your love of individualism is why, regardless of left or right politically do the vast majority of the Uk love the NHS.

Edit. regarding goverment - yes im more than happy to give my taxes to the gov so they can collect it put it in a pot and then spread it out for the common good. there is always a time and place for a bit of socialism...a sprinkle.

Spread it out for the common good.
I wonder what the USA would be like if everyone were common. Common.

We are not. A nauseas word indeed.
I like the words exceptional and superior, the uncommon, who made us what we are.
Those who did NOT make us what other people are.
Brrrrrr

Thats because you as a people and a nation are going through your teenage years, time to put away your childish things though. A desire to be better than other people is quite ugly.

I think you’re confusing a desire for **excellence** with a desire for **superiority over other people*. I’m not advocating that we build ourselves up by tearing someone else down,I’m saying that a free society should encourage people to strive, compete, excel, and become exceptional rather than organizing everything around the concept of a “common” outcome. Brrr on that as well.

And as for the “teenage years” comment, I find it interesting that your answer to American individualism is essentially, “Grow up and become more like us” That sounds less like an argument forthe common good and more like a preference for a particular kind of society.

I’ll take the American instinct to strive for excellence over the idea that ambition itself is somehow childish or ugly.
Apparently, in your version of maturity, the aspiration to be exceptional is childish, while aspiring to be merely common is enlightened. So themature position is to stop striving to be exceptional?? To embrace the common good?.:,and make sure nobody gets too far ahead? Fascinating. I can see why you think America needs to grow up. We ain’t like you. Let’s compare innovations over the last six months. What ‘you got? What DO y’all do, anyway.?? Just spread stuff around,so u can pick up Haddock and Chips on the way home?

And, I always wonder what you people do about the losers and ne’er-do-well’s, who do not work as hard as others.

Bonus question: Why work or be productive if we get free stuff?

We try to get them prosecuted, but Trump's DoJ has a problem arresting corporate CEOs.

As for your "bonus" question, "It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing."

There is no desire for "excellence" in this administration.

If there was, everyone would have been fired.

They're real good at pushing their "superiority over other people", though. That's why the People are slowly rejecting them all.

Imagine living here amongst them. Quite annoying.

IF we had a society where EVERYone is listened to, is treated well, is respected, that is what would make America great again. That is what would make America "exceptional". Not this place where there are "elites", "wealthy", voices louder than others based on "what they have", "celebrities" and would-be kings.

So many strawmen its difficult to be concise.

You talk about america and how it strives for excellence...but in reality its doing pretty average in most of the measures of a successful society. Weirdly enough the top countries tend to be ones that advocate strong social security, free at the point of use healthcare and are comfortable with socialism in areas of their politics.

if northern europe is soooo bad why are they pissing all over you?
