They arrested him later, but that probably had more to do with his appearance than anything. He became a figure reviled by democrats. Some democrats literally wanted him shot. I didn't see any video showing him violently entering the CB either which he was charged with. He was also charged with Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building, but all he did was yell and made a spectacle of himself. He did no destruction of property
or anything like that. 4 years is too much time for just parading around in a federal building.
