When he did not react, I flew several drone missions over his kids as they were waiting at the bus stop. He protested through the UHOA, but I and 4 other neighbors (out of 197) have veto power over UHOA resolutions (since we own the largest houses), so his efforts failed.
THEN, I overheard him in the yard speaking with his wife saying, "I'm gonna join that CC - I don't care what spruce thinks."
His car and half his house are still smouldering. Arrogant bastard. Why doesn't he just acknowledge my legitimate interests and follow my instructions? 😆
