The constant lawsuits from the government regarding speech are a big part of it. Network execs are obviously worried about how their content will be treated by the political class.

They were just sued successfully for editing an interview with Kamala. It's a freedom of speech issue.

Honestly, it's very fascinating becuase we are partly talking about the idea of actively misportraying the capabilities of a Presidential candidate to try to get the desired candidate to win, right...

I can see how it is not necessarily a free speech issue.

I guess you figure he is guilty before he goes to trial and has to prove his innocence. Instead of the way I HEARD it was suppose to go, INNOCENT TILL PROVE GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
