Why not present the evidence now? That would seem to give Congress more time to look at the evidence rather than the two hour debate window the House and Senate will face on January 6 if a House member and a Senator object to the count.

This is about evidence, not opinion of the partisan biased.
You said he had no evidence because you never heard any. I'm letting you know he finally will be able to do it, all he needs is one senator to side with him and he has 2 hours on the floor to do it and the news media will find it very hard to ignore without it being obvious.
