He already has a congressman from the house. All he needs is one Senator and he has the floor. Not that difficult to accomplish at all.

You said he had no evidence because you never heard any. I'm letting you know he finally will be able to do it, all he needs is one senator to side with him and he has 2 hours on the floor to do it and the news media will find it very hard to ignore without it being obvious.
