Whenever a UK PM is asked about a POTUS they give the same reply in that ‘they respect the office of the POTUS”.
Bolsonaro and Modi saw in Trump a natural ally that would not call out or interfere with their right wing nationalist agendas for obvious reasons.
If you want to see fawning try Blair in regard to Bush.

The error is yours for characterising normal diplomatic courtesy as ‘fawning’ what a ridiculous use of the word. Clearly you have no idea what ‘fawning’ actually looks like or you have no idea what normal diplomatic relations look like.
Then you go on to repeat my point about some right wing nationalist leaders being obvious cheerleaders for a fellow right wing nationalist leader. But no I still did not see any actual ‘fawning’.
