Does anybody know the best value way of getting from Heathrow Terminal 4 to Victoria Station avoiding using the tube? And, how much it costs?

Heathrow Terminal 4 Stop: Stand 7
Take Route Bus 555 towards Heathrow Airport Central
Take Heathrow Express towards Paddington National Rail Stn
Paddington Station Stop: H
Take Route Bus 436 towards Lewisham / The Lewisham Centre
and thus on to...
... Victoria.

MUCH EASIER TO TAKE THE TUBE DIRECTLY. GET A TICKET FOR ZONES 1 to 6

Use the tube. At least when you have to change off the ultra reliable Picadilly Line onto the dodgy Central/District line, you'll be passed Earl's Cross which can be a mare.

I'm claustro. It's OK when it keeps moving but when it stops between stations I panic, not seriously, but very embarrasing all the same.
