According to http://golocalnet.com/drivingage/, only Georgia has the minimum age for a full license (last column) as age 18. I didn't know anyone did. Live and learn.

there was a hilarious tv campaign in finland when vic-20 came out. it was situated in ancient rome, there was a 3d wireframe model of the city being rendered IN REAL TIME, and the slogan was: "veni, vidi, vic! -build rome in one day!" 😵
