Champagne. A bottle of Laurent Perrier Grand Siecle is never bad.

If it's just for going out basically any shots do. 😛

Whiskey - Jameson Crested Ten
Vodka - Wybrowska (I may have spelled it wrong.)
Lager - Stella Artois
Stout - Guinness Extra Stout (of course.)
Wine - Too many varieties to list the best, but any good Pinot (Noir, or Gris) or Merlot ("We're not drinking any F***ing Merlot!!" - Sideways.)

its my b-day coming up soon (ok in a few months) so if any of you fancy getting me something, i wouldn't mind trying this one:

What you have to remember is that some younger malts taste better than older malts and it is all down to your own palate.

A nice 18 year old Highland Park is a joy to savour. So is the 25 year old Balvenie. Both however are very different.

I have had the pleasure of drinking both a 50 year old Mortlach and a 50 year old Glenlivet. If you enjoy whisky then get your hands on these and enjoy, you will not be disappointed. 😀

Now if you want to enjoy the rarest of the rare then a Macallan 60 year old is for you. A bottle sold in April 2002 for a mere £20,150 😲

That works out at roughly £720 for a nip!!!!

I don't want to sound rude, but if the bottle says "whiskey", then it's not Scottish. As a rule of thumb,Scottish Spell it "Whisky", Irish spell it "Whiskey", so if it says scottish whiskey it's fake.

Whatever the best is, it definitely is not Jaegermeister.

Kinda a beer man, myself.

I suppose the best would have to be guinness, although I'll confess to drinking more Samuel Adams than any other.

I also home brew from time to time, and while I'll claim it's the best, the truth is that it's pretty much swill.
