The point is it is not your decision whether DD breached the ToS, or the website owners' decision or my opinion, but ultimately the decision of a judge in England who could interpret these events as he or she chooses (though very unlikely that will happen I agree).
The point I am trying to make is that a permanent ban is disproportionate, unnecessary and arbitrary. My opinion.
The fact is, DD broke the ToS agreement which gives the site administrators the legal right to terminate the service they were providing to him. Therefore it is their decision. Indeed, he could take it to a court to try and dispute, but all that would prove is if the decision was right or wrong. No matter what the outcome, it would still be the Admin's decision to terminate his account.
