Come on mokko, pasta is probably among the least impressive meals one can imagine. It's like chocolates on birthdays, so overdone to death that it impresses no one.

Go with the leg of lamb, on the oven with roast potatoes and sprinkled with thyme. It's easy, good and usually seems a lot more elaborate than it really is.

Well goes to show what you know. 😛

The pasta was a complete and total hit, especially for a man who hasn't had a home cooked meal in awhile....AND the lamb will be served this weekend, along with another wonderful evening 😀
