See Infernal Affairs. The original japanese version. That is a great movie if I ever saw one. Much more complex and intricate.

Next - Nicolas Cage couldn't save that movie.

I didn't think The Departed was too bad though. DiCaprio was excellent, as was DeNiro. I thought Matt Damon was plastic though.

How can you be disappointed if it's better than expected?

"The English Patient" and "Matrix" were disappointing. "Dead Poet's Society" would have been disappointing if my sister hadn't prepared me.
