i'm pretty tall and skinny too, luckily i don't pick fights when i'm drunk either, would get my assed kicked.
i've seen some pretty f'ed up things though when people have been drunk - this one guy started a fight with a bouncer because he kicked him out of the club (don't know why) but this guy (totally wasted) throws a punch at the bouncer (embarissingly misses and falls over) the bouncer takes his shoes off and throws them across he street - he gets up runs across the road (nearly gets run over) picks up his shoes and throws them back at the bouncer (but hits the people in the queue)

Don't assume it was just the alcohol. It might have been. It might not have been. Alcohol does lower the inhibitions, but that thought was quite possibly there to begin with and she was just more readily willing to share it when she was drunk.
Ask her out--someplace you can easily adjourn to a more private location if things go that way--someplace you can enjoy each other's company while remaining completely sober. It is worth a shot. Take a run at it. What have you got to lose?
Bring twice as many condoms as you think you could possibly need. Better to be over-prepared than to end up wishing you'd had one more. Good luck!
