My point is that if you are talking about someone taking advantage of someone, it implies to me that the person taking advantage is doing it deliberately (which means xe must be able to know what xe is doing and to put xyr decisions into action), and it also implies to me that the person being taken advantage of is made to do something or has something done ...[text shortened]... gets drunk in order to get laid, I wouldn't say she is taken advantage of when it happens.

It's only taking advantage if you've bought the drinks to explicitly get her drunk and then in her pants. If she decided to get drunk and then seems willing, I don't know see that as taking advantage.
