What happens if the girl has a fake ID?
If it matters, can't the guy always say that she had a fake ID (after all, she was in a 18+ club)?

My mate once got into a club by flashing her tits at the doorman, but now she's got no chance even though she's almost 18. You pretty much have to have proper ID. Of course its possible to get fake driving licenses, but the clubs are toughening up basically.

Sorry, I meant if you're accused of sex with a minor you had just met in such a club.
