I was hungry! I woke up, had cereal and then head out..Didn't eat for 4 whole hours and I just to try it out.
I like it cus it's cheap and quick to eat.
So far I'm pretty healthy, exercise a lot.
i mean to some extent itll help you just so much fat and grease in those things...
I never eat breakfast. I drink some coffee and milk. I go to work and get off about 11 AM. Then I eat a sandwich or salad. I snack some between meals. I have such a slow metabolism that it's tough to take off weight, but I am not that much overweight anymore. 🙂 I did take off nearly 100 lbs a few years back, and I have kept it off.
Originally posted by Ice ColdI have just recently been reducing my salt intake. Check any packets, tins, jars or frozen foods - it's amazing where huge amounts of salt is hidden. I don't want foods that contain a lot of salt now, they don't taste good anymore, and I feel uncomfortable about the amount of fluid I drink because of it.
What concerns me more than my calorie intake, is my fat intake per day.
Through doing this I lost 14lb in 2 weeks. A lot of that was fluid that my body held on to, and a generally healthier diet has done the rest. My blood pressure is also lower than it has been in years. I am told hot water and lemon juice as a first drink in the morning gives your metabolism a kick start. 🙂

How many calories do you eat daily?
I've read that the average is 2000 a day but I find that hard to believe. It seems like way to little. Like a combo at a fast food place is anywhere between 800-1300 but usually around 1100 here and that's like half the calories and you can eat a combo in less then 1 hour!
I eat around 2400.
That double Bic Mac combo is really something. I just had to try it today! Well worth the $7 dollars.

You know those days, you are running around, barely got money, going to school, living alone, etc...
Not that it's exactly the situation but you get the point.
Lifestyle.
