Do you exercise also? I found weights help a lot. I got about 1 more pound to gain and I'll reach my highest weight ever 🙂
Gained about 5-6 pounds in 7 weeks 🙂
likely why i don't put on weight and i can't eat more than 2500 calories a day without eating junk. not going to but much weight on my eating fruit and nuts all the time. :'(

cool, what kind of stuff do you do? ya gotta take some whey protien before and after really helps...
The cost, the trouble I would get into if ppl found out, etc...
I prefer doing it the normal way- eating more and exercising.
Um...Before I was doing a lot of weight lifting exercise. I just have the normal bench with the barbell and 2 dumbells. No leg attachement. So I used to do 20 different exercise before and that worked also, but not so good.
Now I just do 5... Bench, Squats, Military Press, dumbells curls and then I call them arm lifts...I'm not sure what they are called... You sit at the edge of the bench and the dumbells is point straight like how your feet point. Then you grab the dumbell and lift straight up into your chest..Basically just using your forearms... I think that tightens them up and makes them stronger.
The key I found was to use as much weights as possible and do low reps... I was shocked that after 5-6 weeks I could bench +15 over my weight!! I never thought it was possible and I'm pretty tiny!!
I also try eating at least 2500 cal per day but more is better and drink 5-8 glasses of water a day.. more the better.

I don't get the end of that:
not going to but much weight on my eating fruit and nuts all the time.
What does that say??
You are 5'10'' and 125 pounds about? 56 Kg?

if you can eat whatever and still cant put on the weight your body might be allergic to something and its messing it up from functioning right..
I basically force myself to get that 2500+ a day...
Really depends on the food...If it's fast food, yum....2500+ easily but normal food is pretty hard.
