wey stees the lasses in newcastle out on the razzle friday night in the middle of winter mini skirts up to their arm pitts no tights on but the secret is they never shave their leggs , from the waist down they look like a yeti.

Gin works fine for cleaning glasses and keyboards, and Victory Gin is cheaper than commercial cleaners, as well.


Always drive into town at the same time each day.
Then you won't have to go to the trouble of altering the time on your parking disc.


Use the bowl of remaining washing up water to rinse away any dust outside your front / back doors.

I’m sure we still have £20 left in 2 children’s building society accounts? I recall being told that I couldn’t completely empty them when I was desperate and needed to raid them many years ago 😮

That advice could get you extradited! Read The Cuckoo's Egg by Cliff Stoll. 75 US cents were enough to... but that would be telling.

I have plenty of dited, no need for extra, I'm just after 10% of the cash. I'll try the book though.

Save any small, strong, plastic resealable bags. Reuse them to freeze small portions of left over cooked rice, sauces etc for a quick snack that uses up very little freezer space if frozen flat and thaws very quickly.

Keep a store of frozen berries to use for smoothies, with muesli or plain yogurt.
