Of course, I may be walking into a trap set up to get rid of me. I can't say.
Hungary is beeing crushed by Poland, Lithuania and the Byzantines. Morocco is finally gone too.

I haven't checked the file yet. How do I look?
Pharoah had more stunning victories this year, taking three 10+ GP provinces and losing only one small one. The Barcan harbors were attacked by the Turks but successfully defended. Navies are equal for the moment. Nobody threatens me from the west.

Ah, feck it. I'll have a look and see what happened.
I'll stick around until round 10 and commit suicide. Unless you still want me in Tarabulus?

Originally posted by AThousandYoungTurns out the reason I was crushed last turn was that my forces did indeed retreat, but to Alsace not Franconia (50/50 chance of it going either way). Venice had waited until phase two to attack to take advantage of this chance.
Looks like I misjudged things quite badly. Byz and Lith are coming for me. Looks like I'm doomed. I even told Venice I wouldn't ally with him against them because they're my buddies and so was Arles.
Say bye bye to Pharoah!
Well, you can always go to Venice hand in glove...I'll throw my fleet against your enemies in a last futile noble gesture.
