Now it's 1326. Pharoah has landed marines in Armenia (which was not Turkish but rather Independent) and Antioch. A force of Skirmishers took Syria as well from the smaller force of Turkish Footmen who were pillaging it. None of these were Turkish annexed provinces, but two were being pillaged regularly. Now that Pharoah's marines have penetrated the Turkish coastal armor, Roum's soft innards are exposed to attack and conquest. The city of Edessa is indefensible and will be owned by Pharoah by next year. At the same time, Roum took Sinai, and so Pharoah's income has suffered more in the short term, at least until the Barcan and Egyptian Marines have taken Edessa. Fear not, however, Egypt has a solid garrison. Navies are roughly equal at this time; Pharoah's is slightly bigger.
Things seem relatively peaceful near me. Nothing too dramatic has occurred, though there is fighting. The Khan was fleeing with his last squad of Horse Archers, with another, larger, group of Horse Archers flying the flag of Byzantium in pursuit, but according to rumor he was killed by his own men in Moldavia.
EDIT - No, wait! It looks like Lithuania and Byzanatium are invading Hungary.
Bosse's Savoy garrison is now in Rhaetia and Savoy belongs to Venice. There isn't much left of either Morocco or the Hafsids, but both are still kicking. Kings Freddie of Britain and Eagle of Norway seem to be doing ok.

Yeah, that's me. I have not had the chance yet to put Scandinavian steel (lego) into english flesh though. I doubt if it will happen anytime soon.

BTW, I am still kicking. I will go down, but I will go down fighting. Trying to fend off Bavaria, Arles, Sicily, the Hafsids and Hungary when each is an experienced player that is familar with the others is very difficult. I am amazed that I still live.

Hafsids & Golden Horde are done, Morocco survived another turn. Saxony and Hungary are both on the brink on destruction. I don't think Hungary helped himself by calling Lithuania and the Byzantines "The Eastern Locust".
England's fleet was annihilated by brave men of the Red Eagle. They also landed onto his lands to help him controlling the potatoes.

In other news, Pharoah is doing pretty good for himself! I lost naval dominance because the Turks put nearly their entire army on board their fleet. They have very few troops left. Because of the limited opposition on land, I'll be taking Ankara, a 12 gold province, next year.
By the way, Trebisond (sp? Southeast coast of the Black Sea) is Independent, not Turkish.

Venice lost 7 heavy cavalry retaking Languedoc from my men at arms after France failed to honour his promise to give me safe passage.
Where is Franconia?

Looks like the big epic war of this game is shaping up. Wonder which side Byzantium and Lithuania end up on. That's probably where I will be.
