I know someone who has a prescription for medical marijuana (in California). Does this mean his weed is 100% legal? The federal government disagrees, no?
So it's okay to shoot up morphine if you are in a hospital, but it's not okay to smoke a joint, even if you are dying.

he didn't say in a hateful way. anyway i read somewhere that the only reason marijuan is illegal is that the cotton tycoons put pressure on the american government to outlaw hemp.
and i read somewhere else that tobacco is much more harmful than marijuana.

This debate always rages, some people swear by the stuff, some people think it's the devil. I am not bothered about any of that, I jsut think that any substance that alters the state of mind (be it anti-depressants, alcohol, cannabis, etc) should be viewed with a certain degree of caution.
