I used to work with a lot of guys in wheelchairs. Most of the guys in cali had "doctor's recommendations" note the difference; it is not a "prescription". Anyways they all grew their own stash and kept the recommendation letter pinned on the wall next to their plants. The general concensus was that since it was legal for them in cali, that no state/loca ...[text shortened]... could and would arrest them. But I am no lawyer and wouldn't pin my future on such hopes.

About 4 or 5 yars ago in Santa Cruz, California, the feds busted a medical marijuana facility. The city council responded by handing out medical marijuana for a full day on the steps of city hall.
