Having been accused of being no1's paid friend, I've gone back over the exchange of the last few pages with an eye to assessing things afresh.

And no matter how hard I look at it, I keep coming to the same conclusion: I tend to support no1 in debates because he can construct arguments so much better than most other people.

Equating a question about futur ...[text shortened]... going to be answered, just say so buffalobill and let's move on. Otherwise, answer it.
Are you saying that the answer to a question is another question? Or an accusation? Stay in the peanut gallery.

I wasn't talking about your arguing with no1. I was just making a joke. Though it generally is a waste of time to argue with him. Everyone has to learn the hard way, I guess. I learned arguing with him when he lead the CC.
But they keep coming back like moths to a flame. First Bavaria, then Roum, now Saxony. Venice provoked them all into tedious mudslinging matches. But what I find most incredible is that people keep taking his bait. I have to give credit where credit is due - No1 can out taunt those silly Frenchmen from Monty Python and the Holy Grail any day.

Norway has had one major fight with the Danes which was this last turn. He knows and accepts the terms of our arrangement. If you have a problem with this, I suggest you discuss it with him. But I know you have tried, and that he's ignored you for the blowhard you are.

I made alliance with the the Teutons and Poles on the same turn. This was to protec ...[text shortened]... rangements they had with anyone else. Strange as it may seem to you, we are individual players.
Your answers prove my point; you have done absolutely nothing for these "allies".

I urge you to go out with some dignity and not go running like a thief through the night like Arles.
lol, I'm already dead, you killed me @ Minsk. The only thing I'm trying to achieve is a future for my family 😛

Do you guys plan to have another game sometime? I've been playing a lot of Total War recently and i figure the two games are almost identical. I'd really like to be involved. I was checking out the game round at Mayharms house a couple of weeks ago, looks really cool. 😀

I guess there will probably be another one after this one, but there's no indication of when this one will finish.

Sigh. This is getting tiresome. When are you going to stop cowering behind the walls of Venice and come out for an "honest" fight as you put it? Or are you going to hide behind the blustering?
The walls of Venice wont be around much longer. Soon he wont need to come out....we will be coming in. We will just be knocking down the door, the walls, the ceiling and every other stone, brick and wood plank that make up the walls of that city with the 21 siege engines that will be right next door.

Whomever stands to defend that ill fated province....be ready to defend it.

Change the subject again. Has anyone noticed that you've never directly ansered a single question? You're going to go a long way in politics.
Has anyone noticed? Where you been for this entire thread? 🙂

I can also spell pillage. And, yes, I use it frequently. Why do you continue to think you are the only who understands the game and its strategy?
Sounds familiar... 🙂

What was the question again? I saw it, and I don't remember it being so important.

Also, this is a game. I hope you guys are not getting all gerked around over it. I thought playing Monopoly was bad!

P-
It's not the game, it's the poor sportsmanship showed by some here.
