Bummer. There's a whole bunch of provinces there waiting for the taking. Another non-RHP I suppose? What are you going to do about it, Mamlukes, Morroco and Sicily?

It was more accurate to say that while the battle itself was lost (as I expected it to be though I had perhaps a 1/3 chance of total victory) it was a strategic victor ...[text shortened]... tegic situation is different with two Hungarian armies with over 800 combat strength close by.
And that fact is why I attacked. Were it not for the multi pronged attack, I would not have just waltzed into Istria. It was a PLAN.

Again no1, think what you will. Everything I have done has been a strategy - and since you are currently on the losing end of it, and my strategy was to bring you down - it seems to be working.

You are just being pissy because everyone is not cowtowing to your wants and attacking me. You chose to use a threatening approach. I chose to use an honourable and respecting approach. You lost.

And as far as to whom I will report you - AGEGAMES, since they are very specific about not letting things get to personal attacks, which you are blatantly doing.

This is becoming really, really stupid. Is the Great Khan going to have to put you all in the corner with a timeout, or something? Like Orfeo said: if you don't like how No1 talks, then QUIT talking to him already.

Go ahead and report me while complaining I'm being "pissy". Grow up, twerp.

You "waltzed" into Istria at the price of 587 combat strength. Your childish "strategy" of "bringing me down" because I wrote something in the forums is what I would expect from the petty little boy you so obviously are. The strategy in the game is supposed to be for your realm to win, not to take another "down" cuz your feelings got hurt.

Like I said, you've had 2 battles with Venice, and gotten 1 fleet and 1 army virtually destroyed. They'll be more of that. We'll see how well the Heathers are doing in the next few turns; I'm very far fom defeated. I have not "lost" and you have not "won"; the game has barely started.

Playing the "verbal game" is one thing. Having our intelligence questioned, being treated as though we are complete morons at tactics, and continually being "propagandized" by No1 is not something I look forward to. Yet every one of his posts is the same. Very, very few posts of his in this thread have not been insulting to us in one fashion or another. himself in this game with his mouth. This is NOT Panzerblitz. It IS Diplomacy.
😴😴😴

Keep up with the personal attacks while whining about others who didn't do them except in retaliation. The Heathers think they've won the game because they scored some successes by sneak attacking on one turn, but as I point out to your master the game has barely started. You are all in for a lot of disappointment in your self-styled crusade to "bring me down".

Please. This personal vendetta is getting a bit tiresome.

I see you didn't make that post in response to KW's and Suzianne's posts; why is that?

Pretty simple. I don't want to get involved in personal stuff. This IS a game, after all.

EDIT: This is a note to all, but you seem to be the key instigator.

I see; you only want to get involved in "personal stuff" if it's directed at me. Crystal.

Tell me, you've had diplomatic dealings in the game with me: how much consisted of out of game personal attacks? As the "key instigator" I'm sure at least 90% right?

Taking the latter approach makes it more realistic, though.

Not for out of game activities. But I've already said that people are free to adopt whatever strategy for whatever reasons they please. Just don't ceaselessly make personal comments referring to out of game reality while falsely accusing someone else of starting personal attacks.

Of course the comparison is somewhat flawed, but I don't find this so different from politicians who let their private life, personal grudges etc. influence the "political game".
