I see; you only want to get involved in "personal stuff" if it's directed at me. Crystal.

Tell me, you've had diplomatic dealings in the game with me: how much consisted of out of game personal attacks? As the "key instigator" I'm sure at least 90% right?
I wrote a long reply, hit a few keys and deleted everything.

Screw it, all of you stop posting stuff just to fuel the flames.

My dealings with you have been mostly coirdial, if somewhat strained at times. What's Crystal?

Crystal clear. Haven't you ever watched The Breakfast Club?

Gee, I got it from A Few Good Men. Obviously our cinematic tastes are vastly different.

You are a barbarian (**DISCLAIMER** THIS SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED A PERSONAL ATTACK; PLEASE DO NOT REPORT THE SENDER TO THE AGEOFGAMES GM).

Speaking of cinematic tastes, what is Heathers? Have you been watching soap operas or something?

But is it a personal comment? I think it is.

It's what we call "a joke"; have the Heathers ever heard of them?

I can't believe you've never heard of the movie Heathers. Just google the title; it stars Winona Ryder and Christian Slater. Anyone who's seen it would get the joke (although it seems that the concept of a "joke" is foreign to some people posting in this thread).

Heathers: one of the classic movies of the late 80s. Very, very dark comedy. High school popularity contests and murder, basically.

I missed it and don't even know if it was shown in this country. But high school and murder sounds so formulaic.

I think it was less so back then. All the shows about bitchy American high schools that I can think of came later.

Plus, the murders are very creative and kind of 'accidental'. One of the murderers doesn't really know they are murdering.

Yes, I've seen it a couple of times but it doesn't loom large in my consciousness, Most US high school movies don't, because my experiences are vastly different, so it doesn't resonate. Can you elaborate?

No, we are all grim and humorless.

I saw the fighting as more of an elementary school thing than a high school thing; one loudmouthed kid with no friends gets the snot beat out of him after school and runs away crying, shouting "I will get you back!!!"

I guess I am even more childish than you thought!

Not for out of game activities. But I've already said that people are free to adopt whatever strategy for whatever reasons they please. Just don't ceaselessly make personal comments referring to out of game reality while falsely accusing someone else of starting personal attacks.
And this is the crux of the matter. At the risk of seeming childish, I and the others are not "falsely" accusing anyone of anything. You, in fact, DID start the personal attacks and spouting propaganda isn't going to change that. You only started getting your shorts in a twist once we retaliated. The difference is that every personal comment I've made has been true.
