Why did you (David Blunkett) not order a public inquiry into the murder of Zahid Mubarek when it first occured? Surely you must have realised this was a breach of his human rights under the ECHR do deny this basic of services?

Was it because you knew that the prison service was riddled with racism but you didn't want this to be revealed to the public at a particularly sensitive time concerning the cabinet?

Ask him why, if he thinks replacing juries with judges is a great way of eliminating corruption, he doesn't think replacing the Commons with a monarch is an equally great idea.
