Well, I have never heard a cat laugh like that, so I assume it's a toy. And a very annoying one as well, so I wouldn't mind drowning it in a lake. In case of a real cat, I would agree. Or at least I would half agree - I wouldn't really want to kill the cat hater either, just keep xym from killing the cat.
