What "message saying that [he] wont send a message but [he] apologizes for sending it" are you referring to? Such a message would have been fine, of course. There was no such message however. Instead there were further messages that simply ignored the request to stop along with a public comment about me having the option to use a site feature to block the messages that will be sent in future. I am curious as to whether others have experienced this kind of thing with him.
