A couple of years back I did an R.T.A... so there I am lying in the back of an ambulance, my car on it's roof completely obliterated, when a copper walked in took my breathing apparatus off and offered me a breath test. The ambulance folk explained my injuries to the copper who showed no sympathy at all and carried on to say that if I didn't comply I'd be plac ...[text shortened]... elves).
Thanks for letting me get that off my chest, it's been bugging me for some time.

In this country [England] it's a well known FACT that traffic police are perjurers and will do and say anything to get a conviction - maybe it's different in BLReids country.
What made the officer think you needed a breathalyzer?i think he was to caught up in procedure or something he could of requested a b test when i got to hospital it wasn't like i was going any were cause i had broken my neck. I used to be a lorry driver theres no way i'd have risked my licence. i'm getting better now though thanks.
Hope you're o.k. now.

Seriously, if your version of the events are accurate, then you have a legitimate complaint against one Officer, not all Cops. Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, if your accident was that bad and your neck was broken, then isn't it just a little possible that your memory of the events (or just your perspective) is a bit off?

The police officers that I have known over the years have had no qualms about admitting their willingness to be economical with the truth to secure a conviction.

Write ur experience about Police.
a Thread to know what people thinks about Police,
Thanks.
I may have used it in the UK; my friend may have used it in the U.S. It's called "What's the time?"
When arrested appear jumpy and ask the time.
Allow some time to pass ... at least two minutes and then ask the time.
Repeat the process but try to become edgier.
After some time suggest that the officer is lying about the time.
Wait a while ... ask the time again.
The officer is definitely lying.
Don't resist the urge to call him a liar.
Suddenly be understanding: by the way up until now you have been a complete psychotic nightmare so appear contrite.
Tell the officer you want to hug him because he is in the same boat as yourself: it turns out it's that malevolent clock that's lying to him and you through him.
Ask him how the clock is powered but you have to make it a gender:
"The clock, where does (s)he get (her)his power?"
No matter the answer have a knowing expression and reply, "Satan" or a demon of your choice: say "demonseed."
The result is an automatic pyschiatric evaluation and you will want to score highly on the schizophrenic questions.
Do you hear voices or messages from the TV?
- You hear them too? Yay, thank God I am not the only one, for a while there I thought I was going mental.
Paranoia is your friend - in my experience I found it worked well to suggest that the psychiatrst was an army agent: be creative, tell him/her that you have noticed them following you and have been anticipating them making a move.
Don't forget to include making an outrageous claim: ths works wonders!
For instance, if you are widget, you may suggest that you are a competent chess player.
This approach has been tried twice as far as I know: in one case the subject was sectioned under the Mental Health Act for two weeks; and the other, in the USA, the subject was released but assaulted by the officer, but since it was a felony the subject was relieved.
