Fixin to throw some steaks on the grill.

Think we are doing ribs tomorrow...I have a pretty simple but very good recipe for those 😉

oh...my rib recipe...real simple...we always get the beef short ribs....sear them in the frying pan...throw into the crock pot with 2-
3 cans worth of Budweiser and one chopped up onion...cook for 3-4 hours...drain the beer...add your favorite barbeque sauce...usually takes 2 of em...cook for one more hour...eat and enjoy. make sure ya have alot of napkins!!! Very simple recipe for guys that have no clue how to cook in the kitchen.

Even tho i am a Scot, Aussie lager rules for me: VB, Crown, Carlton and Tooheys.

I went thru the whole Czech/German Pilsner thing but the Aussie beers have that malty taste
