My first "ex" wasn't a lot bigger than an insect so I think I can use her as an insect bite. Her stinging tirade at my divorce lawyer was, I'm sure for him, at a minimum a 4+. Fortunately, like all lawyers, he was immune to any such attack.

Some people may die from insect venom anaphylaxis (severe allergic reaction). ... Although multiple stings increase the potential danger in allergic cases, a serious or even fatal allergic reaction can (and does) occur from a single sting in a person with no known prior allergic reaction.

Got stung by 1 wasp on the lip and ended up in a two week coma when I was 11.

WOW...Sorry to hear that! I know it doesn't feel nice being stung, lucky for me my Aunt knew some old cures and it worked for me. She said it was lucky the type of mud we needed happened to be in the area. Some people just don't realize how dangerous a wasp sting can be.
