I was out an hour ago, and the sky here is black and full of stars. It's really warm too, lots of people sitting out in their gardens. 🙂

Haha yeah there sure is a lot of the old folk here.

It's retired people and families on the dole mostly here 😞

But apart from the attempted snatching of a girl last spring it's a good and safe town to raise a family

I can see quite a few stars here* if we have clear skies and the nights are dark enough (no darkness in summer), but it's nothing against what I have seen in the Alps or a few weeks ago in a sparsely inhabited area of Bavaria. That was incredible.
