Or cube steak. In ebonics it's curb steak. It can be made from any wholesale cut of beef. They are small chunks of lean beef, tenderized about 2 or 3 times.

They are good in a fajita as well. Be sure and use the meat hammer on them though. They're tough little bastards. And boil 'em first. Softens 'em up some.

Chicken fried steak is when you take a bunch of chickens, shove them in a cow and deep fry it. I think.
