They sound more like ghetto names, don't they?
They're ultra-popular (white middle-class) baby names in America.

Personally, I think they're ridiculous.

I also hate guys who say, "we're pregnant"...and pretty much everyone else too.

edit - Another wildly popular (and insanely stupid) baby name: "Nevaeh" (Heaven spelled backwards.) A stripper name if I ever saw one.

Haha!
Hell yeah! You let rip boy!

It's like the name Kimberly then.
In England it's a posh girl's name, in Holland only council estates (trailer parks) produce Kimberly's.

Machine. Mosh. Mashed.
Mashed has that curt ending with the 'd' so that kind of ruins it for me, but strip the other two names of their context, and they're nice.

Mosh would be a sweet romantic nickname, short for someone named Mosharillian. I don't know what woman would be named Mosharillian, but Mosh would be a cute nick. Maybe Mosharillian is from Rigel III, captain of her own interplanetary ship, hauling independent freight, having to be tough on the outside to survive in a male-dominated business (as it is on Rigel III), keeping her guard up, her whiskey down, the gruff exterior on, and the safety off of her Harrington Arms recoil-less pistol-gripped, double-barreled, sawed-off shotgon slung low on her thigh. I'd be the witty bartender in the dive she frequents between runs, and everytime she comes in I quietly say, "Hey Mosh," as I pour her the usual. I'm secretly in love with her, I want to say more, but I know for her sake that I can't, I won't, not yet. And every time she takes her glass, she says, "I hate when you call me that," but there's the faintest flicker of a smile that contradicts her ritual protest. "Keep the change," she says. I silently nod appreciativley as I slip her tip into my pocket and I watch her walk away to find a table where she can put her back to the wall. "Mosh," I say to myself, caressing her name, "Mosh."
