perhaps the solution may be individually; particularly to let
two who hate each other bash themselves freely until both get
banned... of course, the tribes and e-buddies should stay away...
Sort of a forum to replace Meet Opponents simulating a
ring, where two suscribe in a celebrity deathmatch and
slap each other until death = ban.

As long as there remains no concrete boundary to what is and is not acceptible, the testing of how far you can go is a mandatory part of existing in the social arena we have here. Eitehr the law is laid down secret police style, or it is left to society to police itself, in which case the boundaries are relative and can only be ascertained by pushing against them.
The issue of posting personal information about people has arisen before, and it is forbidden on RHP. Now, we appreciate that some content is available on the Internet, and therefore could be considered in the public domain, but we do not want to see it duplicated here, particularly when it is used in a confrontational manner.
What's so hard to understand about that? Seems pretty concrete to me. You post somebodies personal information on this site, you get banned. No testing necessary. If you think it *might* be a bannable post. Then just don't do it, or take your chances and get banned. Don't come back here whining about it.
