I totally disagree. That procedure is why many people stopped posting at RHP. I'm looking forward to being able to post w/o the sickies attacking me personally.
That's great to hear!!

As long as there remains no concrete boundary to what is and is not acceptible, the testing of how far you can go is a mandatory part of existing in the social arena we have here. Eitehr the law is laid down secret police style, or it is left to society to police itself, in which case the boundaries are relative and can only be ascertained by pushing against them.
What's confusing about not posting personal information? Don't refer to someone by name; their screen name is right there. How's that for a start?

And at what point does personal information become public information exactly? Define personal information. Would I be banned for saying happy birthday to someone? Or by asking what that the weather was like in Toronto, would i be banned for giving away Darvlay's home town details? Until you define exactly what does and doesn't fall in the person ...[text shortened]... can take what seems pretty concrete to you and keep it, I'll suffice with taking my chances.
Aren't you even aware you are on the list.

I'm not foxy even a little, but I had that there so that people could at least guess I'm female. Instead, some people chose to say things that I didn't particularly care for, so I took it off.

(not sure i'm humble either)
