I have grown accustomed to the fact that 45 is rapidily approaching. I have recently realized that I am no longer that 7 year old boy from Syria Idolizing the young Robert Fischer, but moreover an aging senile chess player who is beginning to lose his hair along with his mind. How can the rest of you chess fanatics relate to being fourty something.

Um... you have made many posts in forums but you've yet to make a chess move at the site. Would you like a game?

If you've limited yourself to playing people only 2000+ you may find it a long while before you get a game here.

Yeah, but this new chap has yet to take a game or make a single move. I believe he is a strong player but by restricting himself to games with 2000+ only as a p1200 who's yet to make a move, I suspect he is not going to get very far. Just trying to help.

???

Rather than ask if anyone was from Seattle, perhaps you should have enquired any if 2000+ players would accept a game with this provisional new starter.

😕

Surely you can do better than that. Try to be twentyone or maybe twentythree next time.

lol Beating a player like bbarr as your first game would certainly quickly put you among the elite here at this site. 🙂 Best of luck to you.

You forgot to mention that some of us get a bad case of the "dickie doo". Thats when your stomach sticks out more than your dickie do.
