..and by the way..my advice about the hypnotist is not hypothetical...i have done it...there are different kinds of hypnotism...the one who put you under the lightest level i do not advise if you are a creative person as your creative mind will get ahead of the deeper levels...ask how deep the hypnotist will put you...and before you go in write yourself a note that you
are not agreeing to a contract so if after the session you think you want to sign one you need to find yourself another hypnotist...best to get one from
a reputable society ( look on the net or ask a family social practitioner for a referral )...

I guess that there's some sort of genetic composition that is highly susceptible to an addictive substance like nicotene. I don't drink though, even though I heard that drinking makes you look cool.
I gave up for 6 months solid mainly due to the my son being born,i used this as a positive way to give up with the aide of the patches. It worked a treat, for the 6 months then i had an odd drag here and there, well out of the kiddies way of course "thinking i wont be hooked again" but it does grip you eventually.Never stop trying to give up mate,at the end of the day you will give up because you want to.Its just the habit i think is the key to it.Good luck anyways 🙂
