I'm having a couple of Snow Cap beers brewed by Pyramid Breweries in Seattle Washington. A seasonal beer that is more malty than hoppy. It is very good with a shot of scotch.

Right now I am drinking a bottle of Batemans Triple XB.

A fruity, peppery hop and biscuity malt that cascades on the tounge 😕😏

I'm drinking this Irish beer called O'Douls. I wouldn't recommend it because I've been pounding the things all day and I barely got a buzz!

Diet Dandylion & Burdock 😞 which is my nominated alcahol substitute while I am cutting down. 3 weeks done now and it's starting to get easier. I'm down to 2 bottles a wine a week plus whatever I drink when I go out once a week

The German beers I think rate really high up there, largely because of the Reinheitsgebot purity law ... why doesn't the UK have this ??? But Budwa now have Budwa black, really very nice 🙂 but the Russian Baltika is also worth a go, along with the superb Polski beers now easily available.

Steeleback Honey Brown, which from what I've heard on the news along with all the others they(Steeleback Breweries) produce , will be no more due to an impending bankrupcy....🙁
I think I'll stock up.
