I've downloaded the diploware and had a look, and the map is very long and thin, which will make for some interesting tactics and alliance making I think. It also operates in teh same way as dragonlords for fiefdoms etc. But you cannot see and army in a nearby province without scouting it out. Should be a really interesting style of play.

Yes, but someone has to test it. I don't know whom they let play a test game, though.
I am undecided. It would be interesting because it plays in Japan, but on the other hand it would probably be better to use my time for other things (for example improving my chess).
