The hilarious part is when Revelation literalists take one part of a sentence literally and the other part figuratively. Its all guesswork.

A nice eg is when hell is cast into the lake of fire. What the hell is that about? 😀

The people who rejected God. You are responsible for yourself and will receive your reward.

It is what it is. You can view it as a natural result of rejecting God.

What is the organization of hell? How many is there in the staff? (We all know the boss, of course.) Who keeps the eternal fire alive? What is the energy source? Is it environmentally friendly? Fossil or renewable?
Who created this enterprise? Did it exist before the first human? How many people are tormented there at this time?
Do we have any insights of the organization? Are there any independent sources about it, (besides the bible, quoran and thalmud)?

The specific three which you say are the only ones to be tormented go to "the lake of fire". All those whose names are not recorded in the book of life go to the same place.

It is written so that there is little to nothing suggesting that the result will be different.
This does not mean that we know there will be no difference. But it is written so that it is basically none of our business - virtually the place, the fate itself should be avoided.

" And the devil, who deceived them, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where also the beast and the false prophet were; and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever. " (Rev. 20:10)

"And if anyone was not found written in the book of life, he was cast into the lake of fire." (Rev. 20:15)

No human being should be so curious as to go to the same destination just to see if his or her result will be in any way different from those beings verse 10.

Do you agree with this or disagree ?

7 headed beasts with 10 horns, 4 horsemen of the apocalypse, whores of Babylon riding horses, winged beasts...

The whole book is figurative, symbolic and certainly not literal.

This is true that the book communicates truths to us by means of "signs".
Even the phrase "the Lamb" appears in Revelation more than any other book of the Bible.

The book forbids us to casually use this symbolism as an excuse to attempt to remove or add to its words. This warning is given at the end and discourages hiding behind any difficult symbolism in order to teach something ELSE opposite to what it says.

" I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this scroll. If anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues which are written in this scroll.

And if anyone takes away from the words of the scroll of this prophecy, God will take away his part from the tree of life and out of the holy city, which are written in this scroll.

He who testifies these things says, Yes, I come quickly. Amen. Come Lord Jesus!" (Rev. 22:18-20)

So we have to be careful that for the sake of "not literal" or "just symbolism" or "its just a sign" that we tamper with the prophecy. We should neither add nor take away from the plenary message.

IE. If someone says "in hell the Devil will stick you with a pitchfork, you know?" that is adding.

IE. If someone says "in hell" means you no longer exist so as to feel anything one way or another, you know?" that is taking away.

Expected and predictable pushback:

"Oh sonship, you are saying then that if I don't interpret say Rev. 20:10,15 as you do then I will have plagues added to me or lose my part of the tree of life?"

That is pretty much the counter argument I was expecting. Let's see if someone uses this objection.

What is the organization of hell?

I believe that everyone there will be only occupied with their own suffering.
Collusion, cooperation, organization will probably be eliminated between any two or more people.

There will be no possibility of fermenting rebellion collectively.
Everyone will most like be too caught up in his own pain even to carry out revenge on the person near him who may have caused him to be there.

But I only speculate this. Solitary confinement is a way to isolate persons that fermentation of conflict will not occur. They will all be in one place but with no way to organize anything. That is my guess.

How many is there in the staff?

There is no staff or complaint department as you, probably tongue in cheek, imply with this question.

God's angels will be in charge I suppose.
No amount of curiosity should influence you to want to go and find out.
That is unless you are a utter fool. And that is possible.

(We all know the boss, of course.) Who keeps the eternal fire alive? What is the energy source? Is it environmentally friendly? Fossil or renewable?

For this wisecrack I would only say beware of art and fictional depictions of hell. Some foolish presentations have tried to portray the Devil as ruling in hell. This is absolutely false.

Satan would like some people to think that Satan is in charge in eternal damnation and that they are all going to have a party there. I would only dignify this comment of yours to the point of cautioning people from artistic and imaginative portrayals of damnation as somehow the Devil's preferred organization.

His hatred for God and Christ is so great that he only wants to cause as many other creatures as he can to join him there.

Who created this enterprise?

What does Matthew 25:41 tell you ? For whom was the eternal fire / eternal punishment prepared for?

Did it exist before the first human?

I don't know. Perhaps.

How many people are tormented there at this time?

Only God knows numbers like this.

Do we have any insights of the organization? Are there any independent sources about it,

There is Jesus Christ Who died and rose. It behooves us to listen to one who died and rose when He explains things.

I would not advise you to listen to any Tom, Dick or Harry who puts up a Yourube video as click bait or sensational testimonials about going someplace and coming back.

I would recommend that the integrity of Jesus Christ is beyond questioning. And beyond lampooning. What He teaches about eternal destinies it behooves us to listen - to such a one as Jesus Christ.

My last word to you here on this is that "God is not mocked." You may think in a jolly old manner that God is mocked. But "God is not mocked."

So noone really knows, right?
The only source there is about hell is the Bible. And that collection is very much disputed.
Leaving the 'truth' about hell to philosophers, fictional writers (mainly Dante Alighieri), and people that didn't/doesn't know more than you and I do.
So my guess is about as correct than any others, right?

Stay with what the Bible says (with a praying heart to God).

If you need excuses to not listen to what the Bible says then you can reach for Marvel Comics, Dante's Inferno, Spaghetti Monsters or whatever fancies you as a handy distraction.

Exactly - noone knows.

If I put the same question to ten priests or spiritual leaders of ten denominations, I will likely have ten different answers.

Noone knows.
