I wasn't going to bother asking that, so thanks for doing it!

Scherzo seems to think that mearly posting "Islam doesn't hate the West" is answering my request for an explaination in simple terms why you, me and so many others think it is so.

And no Scherzo, as incredulous to you as it may sound I don't hate you or indeed any Muslims for that matter. And yes I am scared of Isalm. Figure it out.

Some leaders of sovereign Muslim countries say that in response to the US saying they're going to blow the hell out of whatever MENA country comes next. It's not the general Muslim attitude.

You are wrong. The Qur'an condemns all physical violence in God's name.

Yes, mostly made by non-Muslims and people who pretend to be Muslims.
