These are all your feelings rather than evidence.

As for the evidence for not having a theology degree. You have collected some evidence and drawn a conclusion based your feelings, you feel that his mistakes prove he does not have a degree. You do not know for a fact.

Factual evidence would involve speaking to his University and asking him to provide his certificates.
