Practical advice on how to live, principles that require discernment! I fail to see why education needs to be limited by your narrow perspective.
Is that a yes or no?

Education devoid of morality, education which teaches people to assimilate ideas and not use their own powers of discernment i condemn.
What is the extent of this particular kind of education that you condemn amongst the education that has been increasingly accessible to billions of people all around the world during the last 100 years or so?

You seem to oppose assimilating and regurgitating ideas except when you do it, I suppose that is how you are coming across in these last few posts of yours.
and yet these are my own thoughts, how so very sad for you and your petty attempts to propagandize your own opinions as fact. Boohoo.com, try it.

Well, is it is a yes or no? Surely your powers of discernment can work out the answer?

So how is it you are citing the spread of education as evidence that somehow supports the world-is-going-from-bad-to-worse hypothesis?

Its an excellent question. Probably some kind of discipline in ethics and people should be free to examine any moral stance on any basis.

I haven't cited anything. I am merely mocking what passes for education.

You either have or you haven't?! I fail to see why you can't provide a definitive answer to a quite simple question.

You are mocking all education everywhere? I am sure we can all agree that bad education is bad education. But surely the spread of education all around the world and increased access to it for billions of people, many in poverty, who would otherwise be illiterate, is not an indicator that supports the world-is-going-from-bad-to-worse assertion?
